Managing your subscription
Bao is free to download; Pro is an optional subscription. To view, change, or cancel it, open your App Store or Google Play account settings — subscriptions are billed and managed there, and prices vary by country. Cancelling stops future renewals; the rescue core stays free either way.
Your data
Your check-ins, notes, and progress are stored on your device. You can clear them in the app, or remove everything by deleting the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
In a crisis
Bao is a calming companion, not a crisis or emergency service. If you’re in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country right away.
